What can you expect from this role?
Are you someone who gets energy from variety, enjoys taking responsibility, and is not afraid of an evolving set of tasks? We are looking for an administrative talent who wants to grow, learn, and eventually support several divisions.
You will start within one division to learn the organization, processes, and operational tasks. Step by step, you will then take on a broader set of responsibilities across other divisions.
Your responsibilities will include:
- Assisting customers and colleagues quickly and ensuring smooth follow‑up
- Keeping schedules and administrative processes running and adjusting where needed
- Processing and checking various documents and ensuring they are correctly registered
- Monitoring deadlines and stepping in when files require extra attention
- Collecting and structuring data so that reports are accurate and up to date
- Supporting the financial flow with preparatory calculations and administrative input
- Helping manage the general mailbox and ensuring clear and efficient communication
- Preparing various overviews and settlements to support teams in their work
Are you the new colleague we are looking for?
We are not looking for a standard profile, but someone who feels comfortable in a dynamic environment and wants to help build an organization in transition.
You ideally bring:
- 4 to 5 years of relevant administrative experience
- A plus: experience in larger companies or structured environments
- A love for variety and comfort with an evolving range of tasks
- Adaptability and willingness to contribute to ongoing changes
- Maturity, a strong presence, and professional communication skills
- The right attitude is more important than a diploma
- Languages: Dutch very good to perfect; English good
- Mainly office‑based work in Terneuzen, with the possibility of 1 day of homeworking per week in the future (depending on business needs)
